NAB Political Agreement Forms (PB-19) NAB has recently updated its Political Agreement Forms (now titled PB-19). The forms have been updated and streamlined for easier use by station personnel, and reflect recent FCC changes to certain disclosure requirements. These forms include (1) NAB agreement form for political candidate advertisements and (2) NAB agreement form for non-candidate/issue advertisements. Non-members may place their orders now.
